Welcome, I’m Glad You’re Here
My name is Eli R. McCary, founder of Healing Habits Counseling. For over 13 years, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting men, and anyone ready for real change, through the ups and downs of life, mental health, and personal growth.
My Mission
I believe that no one should have to face life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re struggling with focus, motivation, stress, or just feeling “stuck,” you deserve support that’s practical, compassionate, and truly personalized. My mission is to help you break old patterns, build healthier habits, and create lasting, meaningful change.
